✅ Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

The return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.
⚠️ Hygiene Notice: For hygiene reasons, products such as face tapes, nipple covers, or any skin-contact beauty items cannot be returned if opened or used
📦 Return Process
To initiate a return:

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Free Return Shipping Label. You do not need to pay for return shipping costs.

You can cancel your order at any time until the item is fulfilled (shipped).

Once the item has been fulfilled and shipped out, the standard return process stated above will apply.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

📮 Late or Missing Refunds
