At Beauty Stuff, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • The return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.

⚠️ Hygiene Notice: For hygiene reasons, products such as face tapes, nipple covers, or any skin-contact beauty items cannot be returned if opened or used 

📦 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at hello@beautystuffonline.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Free Return Shipping Label. You do not need to pay for return shipping costs.

❌ Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order at any time until the item is fulfilled (shipped).

  • Once the item has been fulfilled and shipped out, the standard return process stated above will apply.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

  • You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is issued.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used hygiene products 

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

📮 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.

  2. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@beautystuffonline.com.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Send photos of the item and packaging to our support email.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
